When we refer to STEM or STEM learning environments, we are specifically referring to classrooms or schools where conscious and overt efforts are made to. For group appointments, the appointment is the duration of the timeslot listed. Individual appointments are 30 minutes and begin on the hour and on the half-hour. Instruction is available by appointment to all currently enrolled students for Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, and Mathematics. The STEM Learning Center (SLC) provides supplemental instruction by STEM faculty.
